Mixed media art
Finding beauty in the ordinary.
The artwork begins with me immersing myself in the creative process: dancing, mixed media, writing, or finding inspiration in my garden. I try almost any media that interests me, as seen by the quantity of paint, clay, wax, stone, ink, paper, and ephemera spread throughout my studio area. My Bachelor of Fine Arts from Auburn taught me to slow down and look, hear, feel, and learn, sending me where creativity takes me.
